HOUSE BILL NO. 15 "An Act relating to commercial motor vehicle                                                                  
requirements" was read the second time.                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
HOUSE BILL NO. 15 was read the third time.
